1. What data we collect
When registering and using TeachDesk, we collect the following data:
- Personal data: Name, email address, password (encrypted).
- Google account data: When logging in with Google — name and email (we do not store Google passwords).
- Lesson data: Packs, lessons, lesson plans, worksheets and infographics created by you.
- Usage data: Information about AI generations, used credits and transactions.
2. How we use the data
- To provide and improve the TeachDesk service.
- To generate educational content through AI models (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google).
- To process payments through Stripe.
- To communicate about your account (e.g. registration confirmation).
3. AI data processing
When you generate content, lesson data (subject, grade, topic) is sent to the selected AI provider (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini). These providers process the data according to their own privacy policies. We do not send personal data (name, email) to AI providers.
4. Storage and security
- Data is stored in Supabase (hosted in the EU).
- Passwords are encrypted with bcrypt.
- Communication is protected with TLS/SSL encryption.
- Payments are processed entirely by Stripe — we do not store bank card data.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and data.
- Export your data.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.

6. Cookies
We only use functional cookies necessary for the application to work (authentication and session). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
