Terms of Service

1. General provisions

TeachDesk is an online platform for generating educational content using artificial intelligence. By using the platform, you accept these terms of service.

2. Registration and account

  • You must provide a valid email address when registering.
  • You are responsible for the security of your account and password.
  • One user may have only one account.
  • Sharing accounts between different people is prohibited.

3. Credit system

  • AI generations are paid with credits.
  • Free accounts receive 12 initial credits.
  • Additional credits can be purchased through one-time packages or a monthly subscription.
  • Purchased credits are non-refundable, except in case of technical error on our part.
  • Unused credits from a subscription do not carry over to the next month.

4. Subscriptions and payments

  • Subscriptions are automatically renewed on a monthly basis.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time — it remains active until the end of the paid period.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. TeachDesk does not store bank card data.
  • Prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.

5. Generated content

  • Generated content is created with the help of AI and may contain inaccuracies.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and correcting content before using it in the educational process.
  • Generated content is for your personal professional use as a teacher.
  • Resale of generated content is prohibited.

6. Content ownership

You own the rights to generated lesson content. TeachDesk does not claim ownership of materials created by you. We reserve the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the service.

7. Prohibited actions

  • Generating illegal, harmful or discriminatory content.
  • Attempts to circumvent the credit system.
  • Automated mass generation through scripts or bots.
  • Sharing an account with third parties.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to your account in case of violation of these terms. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Limitation of liability

TeachDesk is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of AI-generated content for specific educational purposes. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the last 3 months.
